Our Director and founder, Lise van Gass is a registered Industrial Psychologist and Global Remuneration Professional. Following completion of a Master of Commerce degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology through the University of Pretoria and an internship through the Military Psychological Institute, she qualified as an Industrial Psychologist in 2011. She founded the practice in 2016 and is unwavering in her quest to become an industry leader through service excellence. She also qualified as a Global Remuneration Professional through the South African Reward Association (World at Work) in 2020.

Lise believes in a culture of respect, inclusivity and empowerment. The members of the practice treat every individual we meet with dignity and aim to have a positive and lasting impact within our community by harnessing our skills, experience and passion in response to the needs outlined by our clients.

We are expanding our footprint across South Africa to provide services in all provinces. Our focus lies in the expansion of our elite customer base, our service offering as well as our team of professionals.
